Above prices include HST. We also offer Student(25 and under) student ID required and Senior(over 65) rates.

Services provided may be funded by the following:

EXTENDED HEALTH INSURANCE PLANS(check with your employer or spouse's employer; a physician's referral may be required for reimbursement) WE DO NOT DIRECT BILL

PERSONAL PAYMENT - receipts provided may be used for income tax purposes

At this time, we do not accept MVA's or WSIB due to the busy nature of our clinic.
